We are conveniently located at the junction of Main Street and Old Canton Road, across the street from Main Street Family Medical Clinic.

Office Hours

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.

After Hours Urgent Medical Needs

If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to Bill after our regular hours, please call our office at (601) 898-1828. Your call will be returned promptly.

Insurance / Payment / Billing

At Professional Therapy Solutions, we accept all insurance plans. In addition, we are a participating provider for most networks including Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid, Workers’ Compensation, and private insurances. We will not turn away any customer based on finances.

As a matter of convenience for our patients, we will verify all insurance plans and perform any necessary pre-certification as well as file all claims. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (601) 898-1828 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.

To receive rehabilitation services, you may need a prescription from one of the following: physician, chiropractor, dentist, case manager, or nurse practitioner. If required by your insurance, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit.

Please coordinate this with your referral in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.
